Description
EDIT 3-1-10: Added the Medic's pack, fixed the font so it's readable when resized, and fixed the textures (they were mismatched). Sprays are available now. Now make me proud, boys!
First of many Team Fortress 2 fanart.
This one's a "poster" for myself and any other Medic player who really, REALLY loathes players who otherewise LOVE to spam the "E" key (the Medic call). And when I mean by "spam", I don't mean continuously calling for a Medic for a buff or overheal. I mean pressing E repeatedly either to piss me off, bitching at me when I'm the only fucking Medic in the field trying to heal 8 others at the same freakin time, and so on and so forth. Learn some Medic call etiquette, people! They exist, you know.

Medic is the only class I'm not awful at. I take pride in my mediocrity. Something that's always annoyed me are the scouts who drag themselves over to you with like 5hp, ask for healing, and RUN OFF WHEN YOU TRY TO HEAL THEM. Of course, Medic's not fast enough to keep up with him, so he gets out of the Medigun's healing range. One of said scouts started swearing at me in the chat for not healing him, since he ran away from me and straight into the barrel of a Heavy's Minigun.

I personally hate those scouts who run back and forth while on fire, shouting medic, with no enemies in the area, and in between two health kits. If they could just stay still for one single second, I would be able to heal them, but no, they just HAVE to move back and forth, even when they are surrounded by far more important allies who are a higher backstab priority and there being no snipers in the area.

Now that's terrible. But I find the fact he ran straight into a Heavy in principle while outrunning you rather hilarious. Too bad he didn't get a clue.

Oh my god. THIS. Last night I encountered a Heavy who would not stop calling me, even though I was already healing him. Over healing him, in fact. I told him off via chat and he shut up XD. Also, one guy I was playing with actually understood that I was doing my best even though I was the only medic, and told the other players to switch classes and help me.

Oh man, this happened to me the other day. I was already healing the guy, and he started running away WHILE SPAMMING THE MEDIC CALL AS I RAN AFTER HIM. I mean, really??
Also scouts. If you are a scout you do not use the medic call. Ever. You find one yourself. Because there is no way we can either A) keep up with you to be a pocket medic, or B) get to you in time.
Basically I ignore everyone who spams the call. XD

May have something to do with the fact that the general setting is vaguely around the 60's when it was first created (though nowadays it's more of a delightful anachronism stew). But I do have a feeling the Medic was created with the ladies in mind

MEDIC! This is true, the medic used needles and a badass bonesaw, but they are weak in a sense. SO I can see why people don't want to play him, BUT HE HAS IMPORTANCE!
I usually defend being a sniper. Hahaaa its so fun shooting Heavies in the head on 2Fort. Waaayyyy too much fun.

Medic can be OP if you know how to use him right (and especially if you and another Medic have the Ubersaw). I'm currently teaching myself to be a Combat Medic since I'm sick of my patients not helping me watch my back as I do my job
I can barely play Sniper. I often get killed the moment I take aim, though I was lucky to get a my first headshot when I first tried the Huntsman

Combat Medic takes FOREVER to learn due to that fucking Syringe Gun not being hitscan. It's INSANE to aim... but when you finally get it right you can drop pretty much any other class.

I actually don't have that much of a hard time with the Blutsaugher. In fact, I get more kills with it than my Ubersaw. It's the Ubersaw I'm hoping to perfect, as I tend to slash and stab in panic and, therefore, almost never connect. Also, my mouse tends to miss the weapon I really want to use, so I may intend to use the Ubersaw but end up using the Medigun while frantically running about to survive. I'd like to get used to relying on the keyboard commands more than rolling about with the mouse.

Melee is easy. Just don't panic. But the Syringe Gun's arc is fucking nutters at any range that isn't "in your face". But once you learn how to aim it, Medic can out DPS a Heavy at much better range.

Its funny too, I didn't play Solider all that long and yet Immediately I was given the Direct Hit and yet I played Sniper for about 12 hours worth and FINALLY got the Huntsman. That was ridiculous. I was happy to get a hat, even though it was the Ghastly Gibus.
Its also the Garry's Mod Idiot Box collection on youtube. Garry's Mod is just hilarious. Especially when someone got an old russion song called Moskau and had the voice clips sync with the song for all 9 classes. That was great!! XD

I only command spam while waiting for the game to start and I'm stuck with teammates confined to a small space ("THAT SCOUT IS A SPY"/his own teammate). Otherwise, I really, really hate it because I wouldn't know if my teammate really needs priority help or not. I hate to sounds like a "stop having fun, guys" sorta chick, but answering calls to E spammers often result in me getting killed and my team being left without a medic for 10+ seconds....and then I have to run across the whole map just to answer more calls, only for half of them to be spammed to death. And I die again. Not cool.
