Very interesting design, and my mind immediately goes to world-building about how human society could integrate a species with this sort of power - like cautiously making them wear headbands and necklaces that cover their extra eyes, to keep most of their sensory suppression powers in check. Or on the trusting side: having them serve as police officers, capable of disabling those who are dangerous to themselves and others without causing any harm.

She actually lives in a world where a lot of different monster species have integrated with society, and yeah, there's a bunch of different law structures to deal with individuals' magical effects. She would actually have to be pretty pissed at you to open as many eyes in your direction as this picture shows - usually they stay closed, and her two "regular" eyes don't have the anomalous effect.
