Description
A portrait I drew last year, I worked hard on the skin tones and making the hat look shinny, it was a fun one to do. The eye and hat were my favorite parts.

This portrait was drawn 3 years ago, it was my first try at realism drawing, I learned much with this one and feel I am still learning with each and every piece I do.

I am in total awe of your work. You really inspire me, I have only being doing portraits for 3 months and i so want to be like you. I cant get over the hat its incredible, and your Miley Cyrus piece the eye shadow and the mouth are amazing. You are such a good role model for us all to aspire to.

i thought this was a photograph at first, when I saw the thumbnail pic. This is by far the best pic of Halle I have ever seen! Its soo precise, the shine of the hat, those gorgeous lips, the entrancing eye!! I also like that the other eye is covered, this picture is immaculate, how long did this take you to do?? You know something I would love to see, I think they are some of the most fascinating drawings to look at, the contrast in skin tones, like two models on the same page that are different races, I would love to see something like that from someone of your caliber, unless you already have one like that... I haven't viewed your whole gallery yet but I am going to next. Thankyou for posting, this is an awesome, awesome piece!

woow I would really love to learn to manipulate my pencils to get that kind of deep and soft look....but I don't know why I can't... it has to do with the paper? I don't have any special paper...that could be it? and when I drew the dark parts...the pencil doesn't seems to be darker as I wanted...like the cap u did here...it looks so perfect!
