Great work I love the hair and eyes, and your shading techniques is down cold; however, it seems like the brow to the bridge of the nose as well as the jaw line look a bit to strong for his features.

Linda you are my mentor and always will be girl friend!!! If your graphite painting could be heard as music, I know you would be rocking the house with A #1 Hit with this one.

The eyes look so spectacular. The lips I think could be just a bit more convincing. But awesome overall! I hope I could be as good as you one day.

Madam,
I really worship your work. I am a self learner and currently my human potraits look human. But there is only so much a guy can learn by himself. I want guidance from you if you have time to do so.. I guess there wouldn't be much time but please atleast visit my gallery and give me useful tips and critics..
I'll really appreciate your taking time to help me improve...

May I ask you, how do you get those details and darks while working on vellum bristol? I recently bought some vellum instead of smooth bristol and I really cannot work well with it. I find that I loose details and that my darks fade away. Is it just a matter of layering more pencil on and on through the whole process?
