He will if you kept the flash drive that contains handsome jack. He may had been a bastard who killed everyone in pandora, blew up bloodwing head, shot roland and used lilith to open the vault and still i feel sorry for him.

Every action has a consequence that will affect the course of history, my friend i do hope to see a season two for this game and see what will happen if i keep that flash drive, because i really want to see holojack(Handsome jack's hologram) again.

Handsome Jack also didn't vaporize in the game. It's not meant to be accurate.
