Dr. Light Number 007-Fire Man. He also a tough Robot Master to beat. However he does take more damage with the Mega Buster if you don't have his weakness. He could make for a first time players to start with, maybe after beating the game a few times. One of the things that people make like about Fire Man come from Mega Man Powered Up, He given a southernΒ drawl and see himself as a hero and believe he can bring the "Flames" of Justice to the Wicked. He weakness is the same in both games, Ice Man's Ice Slasher, however this is a mistake. In truth Fire Man is actually stronger then the Ich Slasher and it wasn't meant to hurt him. But it has be told that because the fire melt the ice it turn into cold water which can counter the heat Fire Man can put out. How much? Oh I saidΒ 7000-8000 degrees, yeah he that hot. (That came out wrong!) He also player in Mega Man Powered Up if you beat him with the Mega Buster.
OK, that's another Robot Master down, Next is DLN-006 Bomb Man.

IIRC, you don't even need to avoid the flames. If you have enough HP, you could slug it out.
