Overall I think there's a lot of really cute features in this piece. You're very good with making clean lineart and I actually really like her face. There's just a few things that you'd probably need to work on to make this even better.
Vision: First of all, your vision for this is really cool and I can see that shining through. There's a lot of action, and I love the little slide of her shoe, or is it a slam? Either way, it feels exciting. Not to mention the huge blast of energy/sheild she's firing/summoning, and the other energy going at her on the right. She also seems to be on some kind of digital training room or maybe parallel dimension... Anyway! A lot going on, and a lot of details that bring it to life, and I like that a lot! That's why I gave this such a high score! ^^
Originality: I'm gonna say it, her tights look like digimon, and that's ok, but it's not the most original thing I've ever seen. But more than that it is a mixmatch of ideas I've seen before. I mean, in a lot of ways thats a big appeal for a lot of anime styled things, but I just couldn't give you big perks for the concept on that merit. More than concept though, the pose as well is something that I've seen before in places. All that being said? The shadow wing thing is something I don't believe I've seen before in recent memory, and things do seem to have been designed by yourself, so it's a balance.
Technique: You have a lot of technical aspects down. You draw very clean lines and things are precisely where they should be. I think you still have a ways to go in shading and light, as well as making pieces less harsh against each other. What you do have is very clean, but I just think you could have made the shadow wings less pointy and done more with lighting from her energy shield on her face and clothes, etc.
Impact: The piece is filled with a lot of action! There's a lot going on and a lot you'd want to look at, and these are all good things! I feel like it could be more dramatic or striking, but I think a lot of that comes with technique.
Overall, this image has a lot of potential. I'd be very interested in seeing you revisit this later in your artistic life, if you get me. ^U^ I wish you every success!

I like the outfit. Her arm is a little hard to see, but I think it looks too short; it's supposed to be foreshortened, given the angle, but at the moment it looks like the forearm is missing and her hand is attached to her elbow.

I like this quite a lot, but I feel like the light of the energy... thing she's doing/blocking/what have you obscures her hand a bit too much for something that doesn't look especially solid, but I can't complain too much, because she's wearing Kyubey stockings, which makes everything okay again.

I always find it pretty epic when a character undergoes some kind of transformation (at least, I believe "Karin" here is undergoing transformation into "Eclipse Mode" here)
