I recognize 3 katakana characters, Victory is "tsu", Achiever resembles "he", and Power looks like "a" but with an extra line to it. That's as much as I know.Β

Teamwork/safety looks a little like 'mu' (γ ,) and solution looks a bit like 'ni' (γ.) I think other than that that's itΒ

There's also never give up which looks like the katakana 'mi', or like 'san' as in the number 3 when writing in kanji (on a slight angle), but that's all I can see too.

Looking at it again quickly, I've also seen a slight resemblance between encouragement and 'do' in katakana, except the two marks are on the bottom of the line going to the right instead of on top and there is another mark that's not part of the character too, but that is it.

CASE THREE -
Thomas [Surname Removed]: He sent this to 5 people. Big mistake. The night Thomas was lying in his bed watching T.V. The clock shows '12:01am'. The T.V misteriously flickered off and Thomas's bedroom lamp flashed on and off several times. It went pitch black, Thomas looked to the left of him and there she was, Bloody Mary standing in white rags. Blood everywhere with a knife in her hand then disappeared. The biggest fright of Thomas's life.

Things like that are never true. If you really think about it, messages like that can't be cursed. And nothing can come out of a mirror to kill you, I promise. I've done the whole Bloody Mary thing dozens of times before, and ignored so many of these messages.
So don't worry about these kinds of things. They're not real ^^ If they were, probably hundreds of people would be dead from not passing them on, if not thousands. And you'd most likely hear about it on the news. But you don't. So, meh. *Shrug*
