Thanks - it has taken a long time and a LOT of mistakes to get close enough to insects to capture them like this

I can imagine it, I was trying a while ago to capture one of those and it's really tough. Bzz...bzz that angle...bzz bzzz...another angle

You should try when its cooler and they haven`t fully warmed up - does make it slightly easier unless you manage to find a plant that has a lot of nectar then they stay still a bit longer
