Jesus, there was a specific photo I referenced when I drew this. It's in my favorites, black and white, a concert, taken from the stage, behind the performers (one barefoot, one with ...a violin?) The stage had dirt or grease or something smeared across it.

I'll find it and link it a bit later.

It is a lovely photo. And it's less that I decided to crop it and more that there was originally going to be a third part, but it just didn't happen.

Cool. These two have a really complicated relationship. It doesn't help that he's the kid of heroes and she's the kid of their antihero ex-opponent. And that they both sort of take after their folks.
