Great Art, great Light Composition - but most of all -- I like her Finger Nails ( they look Dangerous !) - good Detail..

This pose is so powerful. Having the viewer lower makes her seem more intimidating and helps build her characteristics (since she is looking down on us). Furthermore she is sitting, not even bothering giving us more attention than a look can.
The lighting is also clever. It doesn't overlap with the glow from that draining touch, thus allowing it to fully convey its epicness, but it also gives us some point of interest (the helmet thing).
Add the detailed, but blurred and faded background in order to frame the scene and you have this wonderful piece.
