Description 'Nother watercolor painting. This one's an accompanying piece to the last one I posted, also it's full of sad vent feelings.

This one luckily turned out better than I expected it to. I was on the verge of trashing it because I thought I fucked up on a lot of things, but I go through a stage like that with almost 90% of my work so that's not saying much.

Somehow I'm not sick of drawing roses. They're just kinda cumbersome to color. Might do more work with 'em because they're fun and make great bits of symbolism for my story.

I really need to get my scanner fixed. As cool as this whole "everything's really brown and rustic-looking" thing is, I doubt it'll look good with every painting I do.

I CAN'T.

Okay moving on I love all the roses you've been doing for these. I just love roses. And your characters. And your art. and everything you do-/brick'd.
Girlfriend keep up the fabulous work. I'll keep supporting you.
PS. Sorry you've been sad for whatever reason I hope you feel better. ;v;

Wow, that's beautiful. ^_^ I love the detail, the intricate roses and the way they curl around Raos' arm, the arrow(?), and the pillar. It's just...amazing. The sepia tone adds a touch of surreality/age, and makes his hair pop. His expression, the helpless pose, the colors and details all come together to create a marvelous tableau of lovely melancholy. Wonderful!
