this photo hit me in the face and knocked me out. First off, let me say that the sky is unique. The colors in the sky are warm and the clouds bring out that color. The reflection is beautiful, of course, and the ripples in the sand have a great effect. I love how you can see the blues of the sky in the reflection but you can't see them in the sky.

this has a great mood
but a few things could be better: the blurry section on the bottom left sort of makes its way to the top and portrays the image as slightly amature; i also think that the model should be located more to the right of the image, and that way you wouldn't see the small buildings at the right; and last thing that this is missing is more contrast to the sky! the sky is too faint, and i think the composition would be much more complete if you would should the intensity of the clouds with the sunset
im just giving some critique, i hope you are not taking it personal

The colours are gorgeous, and the reflection in the water really makes this shot something
Though, it does seem kindof loneley, it's the kind of scene where you'd expect to see a couple walking on the sand, but instead it's a lonley guy.

very cool picture... The hard contrasts, the deep shadows and the beautiful sunset create a special mood.... very nice! Did you add the blur afterwards..... 8mm, f/3.1 doesn't sound like a setting wich creates a blurry foreground...

haha you caught me. yeah, the foreground was somewhat blurred, but i blurred it more to move the focus more to the silhouette. thanks for the comment

This is my fave of the series thus far if there are more to come. I really like the title of this with the "we've". I think what brings this to something so beautiful for me is how there is so much colour in the sky, even at the top of your frame but you keep the sand lighter with it's textures and some water every here and there. Beautiful work.
