Depressions are always ups and downs. Now it's ok

How did other effect your view of her in a negative way? I always try to keep depressing comments from people away from me and basically got to the point, where I don't care if people hate my characters for whatever reason or have their own head-canon about them. Don't let yourself feel bad because of other people's comments!

I had that before though, too. I had two relatively good friends go at distance because I was working a lot on my gay characters and they just thought homosexuality is gross. They didn't want to see or comment those characters anymore.

Yeah it's perfectly fine to love Sanguine, and Sheogorath but Vaermina + necromancy + Stormcloak = the most evil unforgivable character in the world. Then again the Stormcloaks are the low-key villains, bethseda forgot that grey area requires grey. I'm so sorry about that though that's why I kick people off my page that randomly watch me. DA is basically the straight mirror to Tumblr... Recently anyways. On Tumblr it's okay to tell Stormcloak supporters to not interact with your post, but you're allowed to say fucked up shit to them in their asks or posts.

Because of that? I actually go Stormcloak each time I play to be fair . Don't care if others think that Nords are simple and stupid.

And I thought necromancy is super-popular? There are so many necro-add-ons for Skyrim. I like to play alchemists and would be happy if there were only 1/4 as many mods for that as there are for necromancy ! But maybe that is just not popular on dA.

Just don't worry about people's opinions. Every character has fans and haters. And haters will always hate. They have nothing better to do in life than tell others why their opinions are wrong. But there is no wrong and right. Bethesda purposesly leaves the player choices. They give an idea about the lore, but don't force their opinions on people. That is good, that leaves all more options. You/your character can like or hate other characters in the game. There are ways to justify each side. None is absolutely right or wrong. It's a personal taste.

I for example am not the greatest fan of Sheogorath. In the beginning it was funny in game, but my characters would never adore him. And things keep repeating and get boring.

Mephala and Boethiah I find a bit more interesting. Even their gender changes throughout the games and it is not clear, if they want to help your/are interested in you or not.

I liked all Vaermina quests in the games, but I just refuse to kill Erandur . Other than that, I have nothing against Vaermina. I think we have to little information on her and I would be interested in more. Of Sheogorath I have had enough information. That is my personal opinion.

What I like about Desdemona is the combination of interests. She is dark, but not cliché-evil. I like characters that have more depth.

Since necormancers were made available on ESO, so many people created necro characters and don't give them enough depth in my opinion. Jsut being cliché-evil for the heck of it and rising the dead is not really very detailed

Honestly I had no idea you felt that way. Desdemona is a bit like Morrigan (dragon age) and she believes all knowledge is worthy of being kept; necromancy is no different than a sword, it's the person who swings it. For my writing she just simply deceived Erandur to get the staff, but he catches up eventually. She feeds the skull by hiding it within bandit camps lol....Or Blackbrair estate.

I haven't played Dragon Age yet. I am happy if I have time at all to play or do art . I am also not as active on dA as I used to be .

Same to be honest, I'm not terribly active anymore either. Vaermina actually does have a personal dislike of Riften, I think the only thing Gulveig respects in Riften is the temple of Mara lol

I downloaded a player house mod outside of Windhelm so I could be near my favorite city without listening to the constant bitching. I love Windhelm but the Dunmer, and Rolf legit piss me off.

I beat Rolf up for fun on a regular base . I used to have a house outside of Widnhelm and it was really awesome, but turned out to be buggy, so I had to remove it. It crashed the entire game.
