Description Errr... this is the very first Photoshop-coloured Drwaing I made... So plese, don't be too hard.

It shows Sophia Hapgood from "Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis" in her most dramatic scene. ^^
She's obsessed by her necklace that she stole from her and Indys work and the ghost of Atlantis' God
(or was he just a hero? oO I don't really remember...)
Nur-Ab-Saal sneeks into her body while she slippes the last orihalcon-pearl into the mouth of the nacklace...

The only one to save her is - of cause - Indy himself! ^^
"Lemme talk to the mortal woman one last time..." T__T I loved this scene....

Please gimme some comments so I can improve my future work... *bow*

I love this picture. The emotion, the sadness, the beauty... and Sophia Hapgood naked isn't bad, either!

Thank you very much
I didn't expect to get comments on such an old work!

Tehe and you're right about Sophia, I guess, but that's a privilage to Indy

The age of an artwork is irrelevant, so long as it inspires; particularly in the case of movies (Will anybody ever get tired of watching Star Wars or Indiana Jones? Not likely.). But yes, your artwork is fantastic. Since you are obviously a fan of the game, then you might like the FOA novelization that I have been writing since last year. The story is over halfway finished (presently on chapter 15), and it has received positive acclaim from those in the Indiana Jones web community who have read it. Here is the link, if you're interested in experiencing Fate of Atlantis in a whole new medium: [link]

Cheers,
-Dale

I totally agree about never getting tired of Indy and SW.
And I'm more than interested to read your novelization! I kept wondering, why there's no official novel from Lucas arts, since the comics about Fate of Atlantis were really disappointing.
Unfortunately, I'm preparing for my exams at the moment and I'm overwhelmed by the amount of books I have to read until Octobre (that's what happens, if you choose 2 literature- and one language-based subject for your university-career. I should've known better...)
But I'll be sure to read your novelization after I (hopefully) passed the exams. Thanks for showing it to me!

>>I kept wondering, why there's no official novel from LucasArts...

I asked myself that very same question back in 1994, when I first played FOA. Such an excellent story deserves to be explored in the written medium. Even back then I thought that veteran Indiana Jones author Rob MacGregor should have written it. When I began writing the story last year, I sent Rob the prologue for his professional critique, and he said that it "definitely has the feel of an Indiana Jones adventure." Then, he sent back an edited version, as it appears now. So, the first chapter is edited by Rob MacGregor!

Nicely done! I've recently rediscovered that game and have been doing a tiny bit of fan art for it myself.

Hello, spirit guide, my name's Jones.

Huh? No comments so far? That needs to be changed... ^_~
Greetings from another German girl who absolutely adores "Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis"! Ah... I guess girls simply are the more loyal adventure game fans, eh? Your depiction of Sophia (my favourite character from the game, by the way!) really does her justice! Beautiful work!

Yeah, another Indy-Atlantis-Fan?
And she's your favorite character, too? ^^
Guess, she's really adorable, isn't she...?
And right... we girls have to keep to the old adventure games, don't we? ^^
Thank you very much for your nice comment! ;D
