At first glance, her elevated arms made me think she was filling her lungs with fresh air. The vines behind her reinforced the idea of oxygen and cleansing. The color of her dress (top?) adds a warm element to a backdrop of cool green.
But, then I read your caption. Unbreaking bones. My wife is still in occupational therapy after breaking the head of a bone in her arm last summer. I'm wondering if you meant that literally, or as a metaphor for all types of healing.
Anyway, the photo is very compelling.
