I dunno if anyone got back to you on this, but when I do my cosplay, I use a purple/grey/blue eyeliner pencil and draw the veins on my leg. Then smudge it a bit. C: I've also drawn them on a pair of nude tights.

I must ask, was it easy getting your skin like that? My friend and I plan on going as Pyramid Head and a bubble head nurse, I'm not to good in the body painting department. Nice loft BTW; completes the photo.
