Description
I wanted to practice "painting" methods in sai. I usually go heavy line art.I have no idea why, but I had www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wRyRc… on repeat doing this.

I find it easier to work dark to light than light to dark.

Generally I don't work very dark unless I work dark to light. It makes for better contrast, I find.

I may, i'm just...it involves fire...and i kinda set fire to a microwave last week... and house plant before that , and a dresser a couple years ago, and a tv before that... and a stove before that.... i just worry when things involve fire because my first instinct it to just watch it, rather than put it out..... O_O

Heh....well, it didnt help i accidentally did it as dramatically as i possibly could, either... Like.. I was gonna heat up food so Brett and i could have lunch together, and theres these islands with 3 microwaves each on them. and i had three dishes.. so i put stuff in each one and turned them all on together and like, did this little theatrical step back with my hands up and stuff, and ..well, i was alone in the building and all, and i was like "Radiate!" And the third microwave caught fire.... I turned it off right away, but it stayed on fire, so i grabbed a newspaper off a table and ran to the water fountain and wet it down and slapped it was a wet newspaper until it went out..... basically, i didnt know one of the take out containers has foil in it... heh

Lol, I usually go with heavy line art as well. May I know your method of painting?

The line art on one layer and I went and painted over it in a second layer. Once finished, the first layer was removed. In sai, the brush I used was the water brush or something.
