Another X-Mas present for my friend who loves Street Fighter. He's a pretty big Makoto fan, too.Makoto has a very simple character design. She pretty much wears a gi and that's about it. The coolest thing about her is how she wears a yellow headband around her neck. I wanted to emphasize that, so I only colored the headband. The coloring was done really fast, which made it alot more fun to do.
