Description I've been wanting to sculpt my favorite Pokemon for a while now, and this little fella was the result. There are a great many things wrong with him (too top-heavy, hangs at an angle, uneven glazing), but I still love him. <3 If anything, I'm proud of how his face turned out. It stares into your soul OowoO

This sculpture is made out of Sculpey clay, some wire, a keychain attachment, and minor glazing. He is 2 cm tall, 3.5 cm long, and 2 cm wide.

I will probably sculpt a Joltik again, if only to create something a little less derpy

Lotad, eh? I've never actually sculpted one. The design looks pretty simple though. I might have to try it.

Thank you.

And I would probably sell this fella if he didn't have so many problems. As my first attempt at this sort of thing, he's pretty top-heavy (poor guy face-plants whenever I put him down). However, I want to try this idea again, and create a less problematic, possibly for sale version. :3

Wow, this is adorable. D:
You're quite good at putting detail into your sculptures, even if they're very small.

Aaaaa thank you.

To be honest, I'm actually more comfortable sculpting small things than sculpting big. :\ When sculptures get too big I'm just like "...I have to detail all of this?"

Oh gosh, I know what you mean. That's usually why I draw on a small canvas; I don't know where to start when it's big.

How in god's name are you able to put those snake chains on the things themselves? I Fail at that D:

Technically speaking, the snake-chain isn't directly attached to the sculpture, so much as it's attached to a loop of wire wedged into the sculpt.

Though if you're having trouble with chains and such, I'd suggest some small wire cutters and benders. They work great when with little chain links. (They're strong enough to cut if need be, but they can be delicate and precise too.) You can find them at pretty much any craft store, usually where beads and jewelry parts are kept.

I'm not really an expert, but I hope that helps~

Thank you so much <3 And yah, I've added my own little loop wires in my sculptures(which the first time I've used one it fell out of the sculpture because I forgot to bend it in to make it more secure, haha).

I've just had trouble trying to get the chain part of the snake chain, or the "smallest" part of it, to open up. But with this advise I will try it whenever I make another sculpt and/or keychain C: Thank you <3
