Short? SHORT? FREAKING SHORT? SHORT MY ASS. THE SKETCHES ARE ALREADY REACHING 16 PAGES LONG AND I'M NOT EVEN DONE YET.i came to the realization that i'm NOT able to create anything small or short, for that matter :I
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN BOYS AND GIRLS!! i proudly present you the COVER of my newest project... Manictale Shorts - The Trade!! The mysteries surrounding my AU will be, at last, explained. Well, not exactly. Not EVERYTHING will be explained but this will help to shine some light on my AU.
IM SO EXCITED BRUH
Okay, now let's get down to business. This comic will NOT be in a painted style, like this cover here.Why? Because it's still too difficult for me to paint. Considering that i didn't know how to properly use colored pencils some months ago, i would say i'm not that bad with colors BUT im not confident at all with it.
Speaking of which, the comic will be mostly (MOSTLY) in black and white. Grayscale, if you will. Why? Well, this is supposed to be a short story. And i really want it to be well drawn but i rather focus on what's happening than to put all my energy into the colors. With Shattered Realities, i have time on my side. With SR i'm not worried with finishing it quickly but, with this one, i want to spare time. And, besides, grayscale will come in handy regarding the story. You'll know the reason for that soon enough.
Also. In this comic THERE WILL BE gore. Just a little bit, but it'll be present nonetheless. So if you don't like gore, don't read this ok? i won't be upset
OMG I NEED TO STOP RAMBLING. SORRY FOR THAT.
Now for the bad news. i won't post a single page until i have everything done. No, im not doing that because i'm evil i just want to give you guys the full experience of reading a complete ''''''''''''''''''''short'''''''''''''''''''''. So bear with me! i'm doing the best i can so plz don't be mad XS

ABOUT THE PIECE ITSELF.
i like this! i'm not 100% satisfied with the shading... i should've used more colors in it, maybe blue...? What do you think? But, HEY, PROGRESS IS PROGRESS. i think i can see the parts i managed to improve since my last painting of Sans so i'm satisfied for now. For NOW. i'll only stop improving when i'm six feet under!!
i still need to work more on fabric, it seems. Oh well.
Oh and, yes, i changed Manic's coat a lil bit XS i like this one better so i'll stick with this style of his hoodie from now on

I don't know, I kinda liked the metal details, the zipper and the straps. Now it's a bit plain. Well if that's what you want...

His hoodie was different on the sketch and i didn't manage to paint the zipper or differentiate the colors as i intended in this piece :c Shading and light still give me a bad time. XD But, overall, it's pretty much the same. The metal thingy will be there and the zippers too, the bigger change really was in his pocket and the red strap on his sleeve. i'm gonna make a reference of him soon enough so i can solidify this new design.
