Sweet! Nice job with this. The Shadows and their ships were so well designed... hit just about every nerve for "creepy" factor, I think partially due to their resemblance to spiders. Beautiful render of Mars, too. Mind if I ask what software you use?

A long time ago, I'd heard that Lightwave was used for the first couple of seasons of Babylon 5. Got to play with Lightwave in school, one year. I've been away from 3D for so long, now, 3DS looks tremendously powerful and overwhelming to me! Anyone who's got a hang of that app has my respect!

That also reminds me of the aliens named ''Shadows'' in Oban Star Racers, where one of them took that exact same bird like form!

I loved Babylon 5 and I always thought that the arachnid feel of the shadow vessels made them feel like cosmic talons that shred their victims. Seriously they look like hands AND spiders at the same time! Very nice job, and thanks for reminding me of the series

Das waren noch Zeiten. Wo Weltraumstation noch kilometerlange Rotlichmillieus hatten und Raumschlachten noch dadurch entschieden wurden, wer wessen Schiff am schnellsten mit dem Slicer-beam in zwei Teile schneiden kann. Da hatten Kreuzer auch noch coole Namen hatten, wie Agamemnon oder G'Quen.
Jaja...schΓΆne Zeiten, geiles Pic - Weiter so!

I love the contrast of the black against the planet, coupled with the fact that I love reds and warm earthy colours. Love the light coming from the star in the corner, it gives depth to the picture x

Babylon 5 is probaly the greatest Sci Fi Series so far, exellent work, the shadow vessels were strangely seductive despite their nature.

My favorite answer to that question is from Vir Koto. And, I think there might have been a collective cheer from most viewers when they saw that the one person in the series who actually deserved what he asked for, actually got to see it come true!
