Description
My original intention was to focus on painting hair, but I got a little carried away XD I chose Evangelion's Yoshiyuki Sadamoto because although his method of doing hair is simple, it still looks good. Her right eye is too big, which is now bugging me to no end, but overall the painting turned out well. Figured out that painting a base coat rather than filling it in with a pen allows for better blending.
