Just a cover I did earlier for fun. It features the Dominators and Quarks. Could have been a good recurring villain for the Doctor but only in comic form did that happen.Related content

Yeah I admit I like reoccuring villains they get more developed than one offers

Often a one shot villain is kinda two dimensional. Like the Alien fro the Alien movie franchise. There isn't much to learn. Aliens introduced the hiove aspect but none of the other movies actually contributed much. Let alone character development is sorta single minded....KILL...BREED....KILL AGAIN.
But the Dominators could have come back and been polished a bit more.

Yeah but of course the aliens not really much you can develop. They are mindless creatures (with the exception of possibly Queenie) who dont talk and have no "civilization" Not much to develop there
