Description
One of T.O.O.R. Mafia's newest additions, a triggerman known as Thomas Chippers.Hailing from the British Isles, he is formerly an undercover TOUGH agent posing as a dentist, but he left and joined TOOR instead.He currently lives with the town's florist, Marigold (which is a flower lol) "Mary" Pottscraft, who is one of his closest friends . Mary gave Tom the coat shown above, and he tries to wear it whenever possible and he is almost never seen without it.He upgraded his cloak into a hyperspace storage area (which transports them to a pocket dimension) , the reason why he seems to whip out a lot of guns (among other things) from inside his coat while allowing him to quickly nab things as big as a person .
Also Tom is having a hard time getting along with Mary's other friends, especially John Shepherd, a TOUGH agent who happen to live near Mary's.
The above quote is actually Tom threatening John (with a fork).

Well,it seems that Tom doesn't like competition over Mary's affections, and John just happened to be also a very close friend of Mary's,
