I was just looking at some random game art for Drakkengard (I think) and thought to myself, what if ponies can be really really anime-ish, and came up with anime Shining Armor! His armor would reflect that tried and true anime aesthetic of "protecting everything except the vital areas, you know, just to look cool", a rump shield and a sword made to be held in a horse's mouth, the little bump in the middle for the tongue, like a horse bit on reigns. I would picture him fighting in a sideways stance, rump shield and sword facing the opponent. Weird, huh? XD
