To get it to work merely extract the YCHF folder inside (leave everything in the folder IN the folder) and then open it and double click on the file named YCHF that is an APPLICATION, not the other file. There should be a B or something like that for its symbol.

Alright, so this is a so-called "demo" of the AnE Visual Novel I'm making entitled "Your Choice, His Fate" (lame I know).
More than anything this is meant for two things:
1. Information on anything that is and isn't working in the "game"
2. Suggestions and the like on the current layout. Please not that the current "title" page will be changes once I have figured out the button's better so that they can go on top of the picture.
And is also supposed to get people volunteering to do more work (I'll post some more stuff for that later)

Disclaimer: All artwork (excluding Rin's avatar) were taken from Google to be used as trials and will not be used in the actual product. If one of the artworks is yours and you want it removed from this demo version then please send me a Note and I will do so. Rin's avatars pictures are used (kinda sorta) with permission.

Stuff that should be working:
Opening Title:
1. Main title page should be roughly in the center of your screen with the title being "Ao no Exorcist Your Choice, His Fate".
2. There should be a picture of Rin in the bottom left of the screen
3. The opening song (full length) should be playing in the background. It might take a while for it to boot up.
4. There should be 3 buttons "Play", "Gallery", "Exit"
5. "Play" and "Gallery" should close the screen you are in and open a new one.
6. "Exit" should ask for your permission and then close if you click "Yes" (the same to be said with the X button)

"Play" Screen
1. There should be music playing in the background
2. There should be a background of Rin in the top part of the screen
3. In the bottom there should be an avatar of Rin to the left, speech in the center (displaying Rin's name and him talking) and a "Next" button to the right
4. When "Next" is clicked, the music changes Rin's avatar changes and what he says. The background remains the same.
5. When you click the X button you exit the entire game (music stops etc).

"Gallery" Screen
1. There should be relatively blank page with a small picture in the top left corner and a "Display" button. Music should be playing.
2. The "Display" button will open the displayed picture in a new window as its full size (this should be much larger than the current). It will NOT close the gallery window and music still playing.
3. When you close the Display window the gallery window is still there.
4. When you click the X button, the gallery window closes and music stops, however the Main window opens again and starts playing the opening again.

And that should be it (for now). For those thinking about helping me do the game art, this will be the rough layout with the exception of the sprites (half body drawings) which will be placed over top the background in their respected areas (in this case Rin's sprite would be to the left).

Also, please tell me HOW LONG it takes to download the file. At the moment I am try to find a way to make the files smaller but am having no luck. If it's not to bad I'll just scrap it and you guys can wait but if it's something like an hour then I will try to find something.

For those who are curious I am doing this in the JustBasic programmer with lots of side programs to help with editing and the like.
