CREATIVE TITLE OMG
So I checked this series out and OMFG BISHIES lmao. It's based on a Otome Game, and I LOVE the series so far. It's got 12 eps out so far and is due to continue THIS FALL lyke omaigawd.
Fave characters is Saito (The guy in this picture), Sanosuke, Okita,Heisuke and Kazama
OTL Omg I love them all.I Think i'm getting a little better, I studied how the artist coloured hair for the characters of this series, and I studied the shading on the clothing. I'm gonna keep studying so i can get better!

I've just recently finished watching this anime too and YESH!! Saito is soooo GOD DAMN HAWT!!
How he's drawn in Hakouki though kinda reminds me of Byakuya Kuchiki from Bleach... *laughs*
I LOVE Byakuya a little too much for my own good though and that's probably why I compare him with every other hot anime guy i see...hehehe

I think it's the scarf and the hair to some extent and also his (saito's) behavior in Hakouki. He's a bit silent and stoic, ne? Just like Byakuya ^^ (2 some extent)
