Yes. That is Gaara. No, that is NOT Kakashi's book. If you fullview, and look very hard, you'll see it's a Bleach manga. And the symbol on his shirt is also from Bleach, for people who don't recognize it.And yeah, that's green tea pocky.
[EDIT]: -clings to Photoshop- ;_; Coloring and inking was horrible for this picture. See that horrible blotch on Gaara's left arm? I was trying out a new nib and it DRIPPED. D: ON HIS ARM. And then I tried to use my white ink to fix it and it GOT WORSE. And then there were smudges and eraser marks all over the picture. And I was like, noooo! It's making Gaara look horrible!
... But the picture is nice. I like the picture.
