One big mistake I did to this character is that she's supposed to be flat chested, I didn't know this until I was lining everything in.
I tried to fix it but she just looked disfigured. Sorry! DX

I really hope I did the character at least some kind of justice.

Thank you so much, I love it!

Just two things: why does it say "Patent" in the title? o_O that's supposed to be part of that specific deviation's title, not the character

Second, Nevula is a REGISTERED character, so it's actually ®

Thanks again!

Both problems fixed! sorry about that. ^_^'

How does one register characters and names anyways?

Haha, it still says "Patent" next to the ® mark, sorry for being so picky!

Anyway, on how to register things, hmm, I'm not sure how it would be in your country, but here in Mexico, I had to go to my local government offices, to a department called "Registration for protection of copyright material" or something, fill up a registration form, give them copies of the work I'm registering, pay a small fee, and after a month or so, receive the papers with the registration code for your work.

Bear in mind, that registering ® something, is not the same as a trademark (TM), and I think this applies in most countries.

A registration mark ®, only protects your work, if someone else uses it, you can tell the government and they will only give them a slap in the hand and tell them "no! Bad boy!", you only pay once for a registration mark, and your work will be protected even a bunch of years after you die.

A trademark (TM), is a lot more expensive, because you have to pay a yearly fee in order to protect your work, but, if someone else is making money illegally with your trademarked goods, you have the right to sue them and get a hefty compensation for every penny they made.

I'm not entirely sure about all this, and it's mostly personal experience and speculation, so it's probably best if you visit your local government offices for more info on both subjects
