Hello everyone!
I have planned a long a time a more detailed Rosalina Fanart since she is my favourite Mario character e.v.e.r <3
Wanted to make a glowing landscape which reminds a bit of space...oh and Starbits yaay! Did you know those things are known in Japan as a candy before Mario Galaxy? So know it makes more sense that you can eat them! Always thought as a kid those thingies were as hard as rocks..urgh my teeth...
Anyway I also have one version of this picture with 2 Lumas but I didnt like them so much so I made the final one without them. Sorry Lumas ;__;
Also important for Pony Fans: I will try to make an upload order where I draw something pony related, then some other fanarts, then again some ponies, and so on.
I CANT guarantee that this will work out, but I'll try, since both are so fun to draw.

You drew Rosalina look like a queen rather than a guardian. She always look very serious and nurture mother of the lumas.

Now that you mention it! For me she is a mixture of both things, guardian of protector and because of that a queen/princess (because of the crown). Mh, I hope I don't change facts of her backstory which i don't have 100% correct in my brain.

I think it's still worth it. ^^ I also take so long with most of my pictures when some artists can do speedpaints within 2 hours to make great pieces of art. Well, as long as I'm happy witht he result, I sure spend happily a long time for that picture. But that is my opinion. Of course I will train myself to get faster because there will be times of my life without much time, so it's really better to get fast.
