The only (minor) thing that buggers me a little is the slightly slanted horizon. But that could be fixed with a little rotation in PS...

Fantastic action shot. Love the colors and the droplets all around the surfer. I don't know if the horizon should be crooked or level though... Perhaps it adds to the overall image to have it slighlty askew.
