It's quite simple really, Cinema 4d, a model, polygons, extrude with some randomness.
And the eyes, its interesting that you mention them, first i had a hole in the model head so that the light could enter the head but the i changed my mind and here it is.
Im happy you like it, the client chose an over version, be sure to see the over versions

huh, im mostly teaching myself using blender, though something like this is beyond me wonder if I can get a similar effect on a simpler model.
