Edit: It won the contest!Theme 56 of the 100 themes challenge .
I did this the mini manga/anime contest organized by `aeterne and `guruubii ! The theme of that contest is "lamp". As gas lamps were first used in the 18th century, i thought about dressing her up on something that would fit with that style.
For once i like how it turned out.

Me encanta la forma en que la iluminaciΓ³n desvela alguna partes de la chica mientras que el resto queda en la oscuridad. Esos pequeΓ±os reflejos en su piel y los detalles de la ropa son geniales, pero lo que mΓ‘s me ha llamado la atenciΓ³n son sus ojos. No sΓ³lo porque destaquen muchΓsimo en medio de tanta oscuridad, sinΓ³ porque te miran fijamente, quizΓ‘ preocupados, quizΓ‘ asustados...
Bueno, sΓ³lo es una sensaciΓ³n ^^

Her eyes are so pretty and you really don't want to know what exactly she's looking at.
What I don't like is that the colouring is inconsistent. sometimes it's neat like the red from her dress, as far as I can tell, and sometimes a bit sloppy, for example her left arm which hold the dress.
the lantern is cool and you brought its light across in a good way.

Haha I'm the same! In the beginning i'm motivated... but then i get sick of the drawing and rush it and... hate it afterwards x}

it's like "uuuaaah! shiny new sketch... must... colour... *creepy sound effects*" and then, about 12 hours later "don't... want to... anymore... *head meets tablet* *dead*" and before the drool dried on the tablet you just rush through it, maybe even be a bit proud (or relieved) and then the hate begins, finding more and more errors.
