Hey guys ! So yeah this is kind of my first portrait everAlso my first time drawing without using a lineart from start to finish
And by the way, this is for the The Spirit of Anime contest

Good Job dude, I would make the chin a bit bigger though and her left eye is a bit small compared to the right one. The Rendering is really good

She's very pretty
Her neck seems a bit too long to me though and her collarbone is in an odd angle. Her shoulders look a bit uneven too. The hair looks nice, but could have more life. Maybe add a few loose strands next time?
You have a good grasp on colouring! Her face looks great, I especially like how you did the lips

But hey, Iron, I see my tips and suggestions did quite the good job for ya! No more jagged black outlines and good use of colour!
The ears are a bit odd still though, could be much due to the white-ish lines and dark outlines. Hair looks decent but can be improved, I can find you some great articles on how to get hair to flow realistically.
And lastly the right (my right) eye looks a bit blurry/blotchy and could be sharper.
All in all, great improvement!
