Catalus-G aka Dr. Mujoto is the first main villain that will be featured in my 3 part comic trilogy Godzilla: Unlimited.

Originally a brilliant scientist, after his friends were killed and over 60% of his body badly burned during an attack by Godzilla (which also resulted in Mujoto becoming sick with an aggressive form of cancer) he attempted to cure himself by experimenting with Godzilla DNA.
Rather then developing a cure he accidentally created "Catalyst-G", when exposed to the drug he developed an overpowering, unquenchable thirst for radiation which would mutate his body every time he would feed upon it, each time becoming larger and more like Godzilla.

During the climax of the first part of the trilogy he has become nearly as large as Godzilla himself. As he battles Godzilla near a reactor Godzilla managed to break off Mujoto's left arm, Mujoto then plunges his wounded arm into the reactor which mutates it into a large bone-like blade which he impales Godzilla with.
Godzilla rears back and unleashes an atomic blast which seemingly kills Mujoto.

Later on the M-RED (Mutant Research and Extermination Division) find his body (Alive, but having transformed back to his original "human" form and having had his lower half completely incinerated as well as both arms). He had managed to survive due to the Godzilla cells flowing through his body, but rather then allowing him time to regenerate the M-RED place him under arrest and transport him to Garnet Island (The main HQ of M-RED) and place him in a cell completely cut off from any traces of radiation to make sure he can never harm anyone again.

He is forced to live forever, imprisoned and with the thought that the thing keeping him alive is the thing he hates most in the world.
