One of the major bosses in my current RPG project, Elements of Light. Long story how Garble becomes this monstrosity; you'll just have to play the game when it's finished.

Each of the heads and the body is a separate target. Most of the complex strategies come from the heads, while the body (the main target) can only do a simple attack and revive the heads when they go down. Though, of course, killing the body ends the fight. For those of you who have beaten Persona 5 (spoiler alert, by the way), think Yaldabaoth when that fight gets going. Only as an early boss, not the final one.
