Hey guys, here's one for my People and Characters file: Francesco Arturo Dmitri, aka Art! He's from a D&D campaign I'm playing with friends. This one takes place in very Italy-esque continent, hence the name. I decided to draw him to make introductions go more smoothly.

I'm really proud of this character! Born of an illicit union between a noble elven man and human seamstress, Art found himself in an awkward position in society. On one hand, he trained as a naval officer in the marine academy, but on the other, he was betrayed by the society that made him who he is. In uncovering a plot his father had orchestrated to send him and his crew on a doomed voyage, Art toils to reconcile his steadfast lawful-good marine values, and his desire for retribution...

I decided to make a profile character sheet to sketch out what he looks like, what he carries, and some personality info. Had a lot of fun with it, and hope to do more stuff like this in the future. If you have an interested D&D character, I'd love to take a crack at illustrating them. Just let me know .

This took about 3 hours using Procreate! That's right, I'm testing the waters with iPad and Apple Pencil nowadays. So far so good!
