Description
I have now some pet triops. Pretty funny and greedy little fellaz. XDNo, this situation never been happened to my three triopsies (and one fairy shrimp).

I got some of these and I had only 1 hatch. Then, as it got bigger, I gave it a bigger bowl but that one died soon. I left the tank sitting there and another three hatched from inside a little toy thing I had in there. it was so funny how long new ones and old ones would last. xD

Me and my brother had them as a kid. They lived for two weeks then they all died. 'wimper'. Didn't bother try again.

6 month higest recorded life depends on how well you grow them mine like 1.4 cm i feed it 2 or three times a day he is so cute

I just had one of my triop eggs hatch earlier. His name is Lucky! He won't stop eating the other eggs. -_- the little cannibal...

Heh, some triops tend to be cannibals and those will grow really big.

I used to have Sea Monkeys once....then I left for something or other, probably a visit to a granparent, came back and they were gone D: my mom said she'd flushed them down the drains TT^TT course, the little tank was getting a little full....

How old they were when that happened? Those things live sonly a couple of months.

I dunno. all I know is they kept breeding in the little tank, and it was getting dirty and full of the swimming critters....

nope. granted these things are like, a couple milimeters big! I couldn't change the water without losing them! but it didn't matter, as I stated before they were breeding like crazy and the tiny tank was getting full...

I guess so. though, I don't think they lay eggs...the first little batch in the packet was alive once I added the water and stuff, you could see them swimming around in the bubble magnifiers on the little tank (They were so TINY) but man they grew up fast...

They do lay eggs, most of the triops are females and when they get about 2 cm long, they will have little eggbags.

yes, though thats a Triops, much bigger than the Seamonkeys were. I mean, the baby seamonkeys were literally microscopic, and the adults about half a centameter in size

can you please explain what happened to the following:
1. i put my triops in normal temp water and then i put the eggs in the water and then i put like 4 drops of pelets.
2. the next 4 days the did not hatch i did not see any thing move what happened to my triops!?

You used spring water? And you need to put pellets only AFTER the eggs have hatched. Eggs don't eat.

I got some!! He just hatched today, he's tiny and adorible and I named him Perry xD

I had some once, they grew to be about an inch long each, just two of them made it that far.
They're always hungry, but I thought I had them fed enough.
And then, one morning, they were attached to each other, dead. ;w;
I cried, I loved them so much and they had resorted to cannibalism ;w;
