Commissioned by featuring three Dunmer in charge of the Hlaalu Exchange guild: cousins Vytalas and Valmion, and Chancellor Yas'vyre. It's nice to be drawing The Elder Scrolls Online stuff after a while - not to mention characters that have such cool looks.

What do the symbols over their heads signify? Different parts of the guild?

It's about their respective roles in the guild. If I recall correctly, the axe is for the head of the security, the scales are for the chancellor/head of the operations, and the coinpurse for the head of the merchants.

(Also, is that ebony armor and ornamentals? Sadly, I haven't gotten around to play TESO yet, so these designs are all unfamiliar to me- but I can imagine the powerful Dunmeri dressing up in it, and these do seem similar in some ways to the ebony armor in Morrowind and Oblivion!)

Yeah, but there are slightly more choices than just the standard red ones. If you remember Karliah from Skyrim has purple eyes, too.
