I love how much character she has. she looks frail but tough, you don't even need to read her back story to see that her life has been an uphill struggle that she'll never give up on. between that and her age, it complements the demo class because for one, it would be very amusing to see her gibing the enemy, and for two, there is a sense of having a death wish that comes with being a demo.
Since her silhouette is so different from the other classes, its hard to see how she would stand in game, but I'm assuming that she would hold it lower down like the pyro so would the apron around her waist be the feature that draws the players eye to identifying the weapon?

She would probably hold it around her dark chest area so that it pops. I was trying to make her stand out from the others, but maybe I went a bit too far... Thanks for your reply!

might just be my monitor settings, but the self-shading obscures details in the torso, but this is another great concept piece... although, having looked a few of these now, I recommend you disable hyphenation for your descriptions.
