My EYESSS!!! D:I just spent 15 hours painting this in Photoshop, and I am so tired TT_TT
Anyway, I sketched this out a few days ago, after I got my new issue of Nintendo Power and saw the new cover art for KH: 358/2 Days.
I personally can't wait - and I'm keeping an open mind about the new character Xion. A lot of people are saying she's going to be a Mary-Sue, but from what I've seen of the trailers, I'm really intrigued by her character and how she's going to play out in the game...
But this particular picture was inspired when I read: "Her demeanor toward [Roxas] starts off pretty cold, but...a mutual affinity for listening to seashells is one of the things that brings them together, and when Roxas falls into a coma at one point, we see Xion visiting his bedside and leaving shells on his pillow" :3
I purposely made it look like the cover art Tetsuya Nomura drew (and to try a new painting technique). But the clouds in the background were totally on accident (I've never really tried very hard to paint clouds before ^_^;; )
And no, they are not talking on cell phones >_>
PLEASE NO SPOILING THE GAME FOR ME!!!

I am usually up for anything and such as long as they make more games but I hate too many changes to the game. I also can't help it with new characters...I'll have to play the game to get used to them. I didn't even know I was going to play as Roxas when I first played KH2 so yeah <.<
Xion just really bothers me. From the moment when they showed her with the Organization coat and her eyes and hair covered was then that my friends and I had this crazy idea that she was the 14th member of Organization XIII which was odd because they were all dead by the time of KH2 ending. <.< And the fact that Larxene should be the only girl Organization member. XD
But yeah she seems close to Roxas and Axel. And then Riku seemed to take an interest maybe? I don't know, just promos and such. And then I can imagine all the possible pairings people would ship with her. ARGH Especially with Roxas. (Where it should be him with Namine >.<
But yeah either way we all know the future so whatever happens happens XD But I hope that the game will provide information still left unknown.
But yeah no more ranting and such, I really like the colors and the way you drew Roxas and Xion.

i love those clouds!!! i know u did them by accident but still, really nice coloring there :] i like how u used Tetsuya Nomura's coloring style, it looks just like it xD
i dont think im gonna like xion..she seems like an all of a sudden add-on character. she better not be going after roxas etheir >> im a strong supporter of axelxroxas lol

Haha, I was kinda the same way about Xion (except I was shipping Roxas and Namine XD) But I think I'll wait until the game comes out before I pass judgement ^_^;;
