You mean stamps? It's a bit complicated, but I did mine in photoshop. If it's just a non-animated one, you design your stamp and save it like a normal picture, but for an animated one, you have to seperate them into layers, each layer representing a frame. A tutorial for an animated one would explain this better than I would xD
