Great question! I think for me, what I love about FF7 is the characters, world building and the overall theme of the game. The game deals with the theme of loss and how do we move on from that and grow. Sephiroth is personally my favorite as we see him struggle with his own loss in a way and how poorly he handles it. Heβs a tragic character and has many interesting layers for me.

Cloud is a fantastic character that has so much growth. What makes that game great is the player gets to grow along side Cloud, and the ending feels 10X more impactful for that.

Crisis Core is pretty good! I think hands down I still like the OG game the best
