Didn't want to make the npc sheet for them since I don't know if I'll even use these guys. So here's a concept sketch of doctor characters, of course. Also, I was completely aware of how much the Luxray looks like I was channeling Osamu Tezuka, haha.

Mitchell the Meganium, male
General practitioner, specialty is pediatrics
Gentle Nature, capable of taking hits
-Vine Whip: A non-combative move, the vines are used to manipulate tools. He may also use them to subdue the more "unruly" patients.
-Aroma Therapy: A soothing scent that wafts from his flowers, it helps keep a calm atmosphere and can heal minor ailments.
-Heal Pulse: This is self explanatory
-Grass Whistle: Generally used as an anesthetic.

Basically, imagine Dr. Hibbert from the Simpsons for Mitchell. And he would totally wear Cosby sweaters if he were a human, and probably floral patterns too.

Sheba the Luxray, female
Radiologist
Calm Nature, highly curious
-Electric Terrain: Useful for keeping patients awake and alert
-Helping Hand: A generally good move to have
-Magnet Rise: Being a quadruped, this technique helps her reach things high on a shelf
-Charge: Sheba uses this when she is on break to help keep her overworked muscles relaxed and her mood calm.

Sheba uses her natural abilities to see the insides of her patients, detecting broken bones and fractures with flawless accuracy. Nobody knows if this ability can be turned on and off, or if she sees everyone as a walking skeleton. She just laughs when asked.
