Description
Made myself a new adopts base, and decided to share it with ya ^w^ i'll go work on some designs now, and later maybe do a full sized canine lineart for once
RULES
NO frankedolling
Can be used for 
adoptables, but NO real money adopts, okay?
Can be in personal use if needed 
DON'T reupload the lineart/change something on it and say that you made it.
Credit me in the description

download the .psd file. Open it with either Photoshop, Gimp or Sai ( pixlr.com/editor/ works well too
