Really good job on the shading. Looks amazing.
Just too minor points: He looks a little bit as though he were squinting because his eyes are looking inwards. And I think the shadows on his neck make it appear a little inflated. Maybe a fe more shadows on the left side, indicating his muscles and his Adam's apple would help there.
Still, this drawing is really amazing. Very great job on the hair. The jacket also looks great. I like how strong the contrasts arw, gives this drawing a lot of depth.
