No problem at all! I would love to answer any questions you give me~
I used Paint Tool SAI for sketching + lineart + colouring and I used Photoshop CS4 for the sky background (I dunno why but drawing BG in PS is nicer for me XD), the textures and the motion effects on Soul 8D

Photoshop is from my uncle. I have no idea where he got it sorry QAQ;;
Aaand how longgg.. Uhh.. Well.. OTL I'm not sure. I think I sketched it on a Saturday and lineart-ed on the Friday the week after and then I did colouring on the same day and added effects the day after. So basically 3 days? Mehhh I was slacking. I'm sure anyone can go faster XDD

i used photoshop for the blur moving parts.
open the picture, select the katana/hand with the lasso tool>filter>motion blur
i hope that helped.
