Interesting. You look like you were shot using an HDR technique, while your surroundings appear to be taken normally.

I'm not sure what Ken did but I do know it was not HDR. But I hear that about this picture a lot.

thanks! we were able to get together last weekend in KC while I was visiting family. he now has portable lighting which made this image possible.
