Description An other color experience.

That's my 3rd fully digital coloring; genarally I made my color with ink or paints.... and after I change some things with photoshop....
Well I decided to become a bit better at this one , so then I 've made all the colors on it.
hope you'll enjoy

[Γ©dit] changed some details; review the outlines and put colors where I missed

I love this version of Yuna; it's nice to see a stronger, more assertive looking Yuna. I love her hair, lips, cleavage...I am not sure what it is about this representation...but she just looks as though she is assertive for once.

I see you went to the deep darkness of my whole gallery
I keep nice memories about this one, as it was one of my very 1st experiences with digital colors and FX !

The dregs of your art gallery represent better art than most people hope to feature

Love the color choices, and the water effect it has... Makes here look like she's sitting near the water.
Great job!

Very nice coloring....I guess digital drawing/coloring will take over completely in some years
btw your drawing style seems to be similar to the witchblade/darkness/fathom artists style, but we have discussed these influences earlier somewhere

J-Estacado In reply to valraven [2004-11-28 14:37:53 +0000 UTC]

in fact this is more the colors who came from those ones cos I taken them from it
mm.... I hope digital drawing will never win. Traditional drawing is better; digital one has no sensation !
for the colors; I like the digital ones; cos they are very bright; clean and strong.
but I like traditionnal one too..... in fact I always think about the best technic I have to use for a draw. when it's about comics; I prefer digital colors; for the rest: tradionnal one rules !

I cannot color digitally, I have only tried once and without a tablet its ....very difficult. Yet a friend who is always drawing when I meet her (even at university all the time) told me she had started with digital coloring and it was quite easy and gave very good results (well I see that all the time) and then I also wanted to start it, another friend has a large wacom tablet (a3 i think) and he never really used it...
But I am with you on the traditional art - holding a real pen/pencil/brush and seeing everything evolve is somehow just...bliss

J-Estacado In reply to valraven [2004-11-28 15:05:19 +0000 UTC]

yeah
about digital.... pfiu, I just start to do correct things; I stated to do digital colors since 2years.....It's better since I've a graphic tab however; but It's an hard thing to do.....
digital colros is more easier on certain point.....we always can erase the mistakes and all the filters and textures helps a lot...

It's better knowing how to use traditionnal medium first ans doing digital after.
people who do the opposite have generaly big problems with the traditonnal way
but it's very boring to digital paint..... no sensation.....

color is really good, but isn't the amr a little short? (it's a question i'm not sure)

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

J-Estacado In reply to Evo-MadHatter [2004-07-11 11:25:28 +0000 UTC]

Idon't know and I absolutly don't care about that. I 've made this draw just for put the colors on.
then I made it very quickly ....
but after a little verification; i's more the perspective impression who get a fail..... the arm have the right size.
